Understanding the Implementation Process

To successfully implement Adept, our Synergis Implementation Specialists must bring years of unorganized documents and business critical data into a unified, organized, and easily accessible system. It's our goal to take hard-to-find, unorganized legacy documents and place them into a structured, well organized document managment system within one to two weeks.

Implementing a new document management system requires collaboration between Synergis Adept Specialists and your implementation team. We engage your people throughout the implementation process to discuss and brainstorm best practices, workflow, and CAD standards to ensure the optimal Adept implementation. We also take time to teach your people how to administer and maintain the system. The entire implementation includes up to these four stages:

  • Pre-implementation planning
  • On-site implementation
  • Legacy data importation
  • Adept API extensions
